Field of Interest (FOI) - Culture and Society

Their purpose is to promote exploration and discovery of the Japanese culture among the Glendale Community College students; to encourage participation in Glendale Community College extracurricular activities and community.

Upcoming Events

Throughout the year, the club members host demonstrations of calligraphy, origami, anime-style drawing, traditional storytelling, traditional dance, and much more. We will be utilizing each meeting to learn about various aspects of Japanese culture, from festivals and celebrations, to traditional food and games! Come attend our meetings to enhance your knowledge of Japan and participate in fun activities that you won't want to miss!
