To help you plan your year, here are important dates for GCC students. These include observed holidays, breaks, class registration, tuition due dates, final exams and more.

| Oct 14 | Student withdrawal from Fall classes with instructor’s signature begins++ |
| Nov 11 | Veterans Day - Campus Closed |
| Nov 28-Dec 1 | Thanksgiving Day Holiday - Campus Closed |

Summer classes will have final examinations during their regular class time. The Summer 2025 semester calendar is subject to the 2025-2026 Academic Catalog.

All dates are subject to the 2024-2025 Catalog unless otherwise specified. Start dates may be modified to meet special needs. Some courses may be offered over periods for which these dates are not applicable.
+ Through the 7th week, you may initiate an official withdrawal from course(s) without your instructor's signature (see 2.3.6 Withdrawal in Catalog Common Pages).
