Service Desk
The Service Desks are where to go for in-person, one-on-one support. The Service Desks also provide support via phone, email and online as described on the Ways To Get Help page.
Students can help get with:
- Self-service password reset assistance
- Multi-factor authentication/Duo device management assistance
- Log in assistance for Maricopa applications (Student Center, Canvas, email, etc.)
- Login assistance for GCC computers
- Printing and pay for print assistance
- Document and file storage
- Limited software support for locating and launching Maricopa-supported software
- Limited Bring Your Own Device support as it relates to Maricopa services
- Wireless network assistance
- Device assistance for GCC-issued hardware
- Device assistance for HT1/LMC technology
- GCC equipment loans (laptops, disc readers, headphones, SD card adapters, and more)
At the Main Campus
The Service Desks at GCC Main are located in the Computer Commons in the High Tech 1 building and the Library Media Center.
At the North Campus
The Service Desk at GCC North is in the Library & Media Services and Computer Commons, in the Beshbito (B) building.
