Eco-Friendly To-Go Solutions:

  • Eliminated Styrofoam for paper boxes & containers.
  • Introduced paper boats, eco-friendly paper fiber soup cups, and 10% post-consumer fiber paper coffee cups.

Reducing Silverware Waste:

  • Shifted to single dispense pull-type to cut silverware waste.

Biodegradable Napkins:

  • All paper napkins are bio-degradable and compostable.

Minimal Packaging Waste:

  • Reduced food packaging, created smaller batches, and utilized paper trays during peak times for freshness and less waste.

Water Conservation:

  • Installed low-flow faucets and low-flow dish machine for reduced water consumption.

Non-Toxic Cleaning:
