The Arizona Department of Homeland Security (AZDOHS) announced that Glendale Community College’s (GCC) Gaucho Security Operations Center (GSOC) will serve as the Central Regional Security Operations Center (Central RSOC).

Luke Air Force Base recently hosted fitness & wellness students and faculty from Glendale Community College. The students received an immersive look at exercise science through the lens of fighter pilot culture, air combat technology, and human performance optimization.

GCC’s Collegiate DECA club volunteered at the Vineyard Food & Clothing Bank, supporting the local community while building leadership, teamwork, and service skills. The experience reflected DECA’s commitment to empathy, civic engagement, and developing future leaders.

The Salt River Project (SRP) Agua Fria Generating Station has made a generous donation in support of the Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Special Education (BAEE) program at GCC.
