Monday, November 18
Free to You Yard Sale | Center Mall | 10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
The Free to You Yard Sale is the kick-off event for Kindness Week at GCC! This yard sale is completely free and open to our campus community. Stop by and choose some new-to-you clothing options, grab some snacks, listen to music, and visit with friends.

Compliment Day | All Day on Social Media
It’s Kindness Week and what’s kinder than giving a compliment? Show someone you care and give them a shout-out on social media. Or leave a note behind on someone's desk. Just don’t forget to share it on social media and tag us @gccaz!
Wednesday, November 20
Chalk Day | Center Mall | 10 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Come and express your creativity through vibrant chalk art. Get together with the campus community, celebrate creativity, and spread good vibes. No matter your age or artistic skill level, there's a place for you at Chalk Day.
Pizza with the President | Center Mall | Noon - 1 p.m.
GCC’s President, Dr. Tiffany Hernandez, will join us from noon - 1 p.m. for a pizza lunch! Enjoy delicious pizza, chat with the President, and let your imagination run wild as you draw and write positive messages on our sidewalk canvas.
Thursday, November 21
Self-Kindness Day | All Day on Social Media
Spend 20 minutes doing something you love and share it on social media. Remember that self-kindness is important! Don’t forget to tag us @gccaz!
Global Celebration | Center Mall | 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Enjoy cultural exhibits, food tasting, performances, international music, cultural attire, and international teas and snacks. Wear your cultural attire to show your heritage or share a culture you admire, helping us showcase the rich tapestry of cultures represented at GCC.
