Group Fitness
Group fitness classes are offered in person and virtually!
Glendale Community College is proud to serve our community with our facilities and the latest trend-setting classes. As a fitness center member, enjoy a variety of FREE group fitness classes at both GCC Main and GCC North Fitness Centers!
All of our group fitness instructors are nationally certified, and we offer a variety of class formats, including:
- A variety of cardio & strength combination workouts
- A variety of yoga for all levels, including chair yoga
- Balance & cognitive function training
- Live sound meditation & guided meditation
- Tai Chi
- Pilates
- And more!
