Group fitness classes are offered in person and virtually! 


Glendale Community College is proud to serve our community with our facilities and the latest trend-setting classes. As a fitness center member, enjoy a variety of FREE group fitness classes at both GCC Main and GCC North Fitness Centers!

All of our group fitness instructors are nationally certified, and we offer a variety of class formats, including:

  • A variety of cardio & strength combination workouts
  • A variety of yoga for all levels, including chair yoga
  • Balance & cognitive function training 
  • Live sound meditation & guided meditation
  • Tai Chi
  • Pilates
  • And more!
