English as a Second Language

GCC offers a variety of English as a Second Language (ESL) credit courses.

Placement Procedure

Before enrolling in an ESL class, students must take the CELSA (Combined English Language Skills Assessment) placement test at Testing Services.

Students outside the United States who require a student visa must contact the Global Education Office for admission and enrollment information.
