Bio
Biography
Jeff Sanger teaches English Composition and fiction writing at Glendale Community College where he started out as an adjunct faculty member in 2014. He has also taught at Mesa Community College and the University of Pittsburgh (Go Steelers!) where he received his Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing. While in graduate school and for a number of years afterward, he worked in social services as an advocate for people diagnosed with mental health and chemical dependency issues.
Jeff has had his original plays produced by the Pittsburgh New Works Festival and his nonfiction published in The Compleat Mother, MtL, and other magazines. His first novel, Schizo, is available on Amazon. He lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife, whom he has loved for almost 25 years, his three homeschooled children, and a plethora of pets including a Great Pyrenees that barks too much and two hairless cats named Ravioli and Steve.
