Welcome to the GCC Psychology Department

Our department provides students with many unique opportunities to learn about how the brain works, understand other people and our relationships with them, how human beings develop and change over time, how to conduct and evaluate psychological research, ways to establish and maintain good mental health, as well as how to deal with some of the difficulties of mental health that can arise. 

We offer a wide variety of interesting classes and many ‘out of classroom’ experiences for you to explore psychology.  You can also meet our faculty and learn more about psychology degrees and careers with the links below.
